Every project is developed 3-dimensionally using parametric Building Information Modeling design software which allow highly efficient communication of ideas and project data. This approach offers us a tool for effective communication with Clients, and it offers Clients a product for visualization, marketing, and construction in one streamlined process. MSA has worked in many forms of project delivery settings including conventional, design build teams, GSA, and fast-track and hyper-track scenarios with Agency Construction Management firms. Members of MSA's staff are committed to sustainable design, have attended workshops from the NAHB Earth Craft House Design Program, and include three LEED Accredited Professionals, and two Green Advantage Certified Professionals.
